Deixe na geladeira durante o tempo que prepara o recheio.<br />Abra a massa com um rolo bem fina e corte-a com um copo de boca larga. Espalhe a massa nas forminhas e leve-as para assar em forno médio pré-aquecido até dourarem e cozinharem. Reserve-as e deixe que esfriem.<br /><b>Recheio:</b><br /> -meio litro de leite<br /> -1 lata de leite condensado<br /> -3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho<br />Modo de preparo:<br /> Leve todos os ingredientes misturados (dissolva o amido de milho em um pouco de leite) ao fogo mexendo sempre até obter um creme bem encorpado e grosso. Deixe cozinhar o amido por alguns minutos e retire do fogo colocando na geladeira até a massa assar.<br /><b>Cobertura:</b><br /> -1 caixa de morangos<br /> -meio copo (americano) de groselha<br /> -1/4 copo (americano) de água<br /> -1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho<br /><b>Modo de preparo:</b><br /> Corte os cabinhos dos morangos, lave-os bem e seque-os. Corte os morangos ao meio no sentido do comprimento e depois no meio de novo, mas agora no sentido da largura. Reserve os pequenininhos para decorar. Retorne a massa para mesa e abra no mesmo tamanho da primeira. Dobre da mesma forma, enfarinhando sempre para a massa não grudar. Volte a dobrar, formando três camadas e leve à geladeira por mais 10 minutos, coberta com o plástico. Repita a operação mais 2 vezes, abra a massa, faça triângulos com 10cm de altura e 7cm de base. Desligue o liquidificador e reserve;<br /> Numa frigideira em fogo médio, aquecida e untada com manteiga coloque uma concha da massa da panqueca e espalhe cobrindo todo o fundo da frigideira;<br /> Doure um lado por 1 minuto, depois, com cuidado vire a panqueca com uma espátula e doure o outro lado por mais 1 minuto;<br /> Retire a panqueca da frigideira e repita este procedimento com toda a massa. Reserve.<br /><b>MONTAGEM</b><br />Pegue uma panqueca de cenoura, coloque uma porção de recheio de frango e enrole. Repita esse procedimento até terminar com as panquecas.<br /> Coloque as panquecas num refratário, regue o molho rosé, polvilhe queijo parmesão ralado a gosto e leve ao forno alto pré-aquecido a 200°C até dourar. Retire do forno e sirva em seguida.<br /><b>MOLHO ROSÉ SAUDÁVEL</b><br />Numa panela coloque 1 xícara (chá) de água fervente, 250 g de couve-flor cortada em buquês, 5 dentes de alho sem casca cortados ao meio, tampe e deixe cozinhar até a couve-flor ficar macia (10 minutos). Apague o fogo;<br /> Transfira a couve-flor com a água de cozimento para um liquidificador, ¼ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado fino, sal e pimenta-do-reino moída a gosto e bata bem até ficar homogêneo. Reserve;<br /> Coloque numa panela 1 fio de azeite, ½ colher (sopa) de alho picado e refogue.<br /> Adicione 1 lata de tomate pelatti, ½ xícara (chá) de água, o creme de couve-flor (reservado acima), misture e deixe apurar. Derreta o chocolate branco em banho maria e adicione o creme de leite. Hidrate a gelatina, misture o cream cheese, o chocolate e a essência até ficar homogêneo. Bata as claras em neve e incorpore delicadamente a mistura. Arrume as bolachas com cobertura de chocolate na borda da assadeira. Coloque o creme no meio e leve a geladeira por aproximadamente 4 horas ou até endurecer. Para a cobertura, derreta o chocolate em banho maria, adicione o creme de leite. Deixe esfriar até ficar em temperatura ambiente e finalize colocando por cima da torta já gelada. Primeiro é preciso limpar a carne, retirar as peles, as impurezas e alguns nervos. Isto para não atrapalhar o sabor. Também deve ser retirada uma membrana que tem ao longo da costela dos dois lados para o sal penetrar melhor na carne. Depois de 'limpar' a costela é preciso temperá-la. Não tem segredos. A água serve para molhar e permitir que o sal penetre na carne. Polvilhe o sal por toda a peça. Atenção: não pode esfregar e nem apertar o sal.</span></div>
